Philip will exceed expectations through a detailed, straight-forward, and efficient approach to accomplishing your real estate needs. Shawn Derrick is the Lead Listing Agent & Buying Agent for the 12:45 Team South division that covers Woodbridge, Stafford, Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania. Shawn enjoys working with sellers and buyers and helping guide them through one of the most important decisions they will make. Cassandra Tressler lives in Bethesda, MD and works with all our buyers and sellers in Maryland. She really loves serving her clients and working hard to make sure their expectations have been exceeded. Whether its saving her seller thousands of dollars and guiding them through the sale process or taking a little bit of extra time with her buyer to make sure they find the right home, she will be working hard for you. Casandra grew up in Damascus, MD and has been a resident her whole life.
Ron Johnson is a Buyers Agent Specialist on our team and is our first contact for many of our clients. He conducts searches of homes across the area to find the ones that best fit a client's criteria. Ron is a great benefit to our clients because he has lived in Northern Virginia for 31 years so he is very familiar with the communities. Ron comes to us from a background in non-profit organizations. He spent 17 years with Campus Crusade for Christ and 16 years as an associate pastor at McLean Bible Church. Ron is originally from northwestern Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois. Ron is married and has three sons and two granddaughters.
Bill Reig is a Buyers Agent Specialist on our team. He also speaks Spanish and was raised in Barcelona and studied in London. Leila Quinones is our Transaction Manager who values providing excellent customer service. She will help clients move smoothly through the home buying and selling process. Leila is a George Mason University alumni and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in business.
Matt Sutherland is our Listing and Marketing Coordinator who brings hard work, dedication, and customer satisfaction to the 12:45 Team. Matt is usually the first team member of the 12:45 Team that most people will talk with. Matt is willing to go the distance for the clients of the 12:45 Team and help to meet any real estate need they currently have or any that arise in the future.
Christen Lee is our Listing and Rental Coordinator who handles the steps required to get your property ready to sell and prepped to be live on the market! She enjoys putting the personal touches necessary to make your process as seamless and pleasant as possible.
Melanie Werner is our Listing Assistant who handles the steps required to get your property ready to sell and prepped to be live on the market! She enjoys putting the personal touches necessary to make your process as seamless and pleasant as possible.
Jordan Johnson is our Transaction Coordinator serves our clients from the time a home goes under contract until it closes. He helps with scheduling and keeps all parties updated of what is going on and what is next in the closing process.
Heather Kirker Is our Marketing Director and Client Care Coordinator. She enjoys making sure our clients homes are properly marketed so that they sell quickly.

12:45 Team is a unique name for our real estate team. The name is derived from the scripture verse Romans 12:4-5. This scripture reads....
